CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY

With over 10 years of clinical experience, I provide professional psychological support for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My goal is to help you overcome these challenges and lead a more balanced life.

Therapeutic Style: Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. In our initial sessions, we will work together to develop an in-depth understanding of the areas where you seek support. Your personal goals will guide the focus of our therapy sessions, and I’ll tailor my techniques to meet your unique needs.

Therapeutic Approaches: I primarily work within a Schema Therapy framework, which allows us to address deep-rooted patterns and create long-lasting change. However, I also specialize in additional evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-based therapies.

The future is always beginning now
